Complete replacement of our wood deck -- went from 10x16 to 12x16. Russ and his team were very thorough -- design by a professional engineer, steel frame, composite Fiberon decking, and pressure treated girders for the stairs. Best estimate of three I received and included a military discount. The two-person work crew had the project complete in one week from tear down to finished product. Russ was very responsive from our initial meeting to completion. Easy to communicate with by text. Would highly recommend Colorado Springs Deck & Patio.

Russ and his team SAVED me in a desperate time of need. I was listing my house for sale and it was determined I needed a new deck like today. Russ was able to work with my budget honestly and quickly! He came back personally after the build to do a few clean and touch ups. Highly recommend using these guys as other companies simply laughed at my budget and timeline or were not even able to come provide a quote within the time this deck was completed.

We love our new deck! Russ worked with our rough design idea and turned it into a high quality, aesthetically pleasing and high functional deck. His ideas have us quick access to our entire backyard. Outstanding. We had an old deck that was just aweful. Tom came out and designed a great deck. Honest and integrity are words to explain his character. Demolition was great and neat. No damage anywhere. There was no over selling. Told us exactly how it would go. Deck was built on time and on budget. Craftsmanship was exceptional. They installed a Fortress steel deck with railings and a great lighting package. Wow

Just writing you to tell you how happy we are with our deck that you built. It is amazing. Definitely our favorite room in the house. We have spent many hours together grilling, eating, talking, sharing a drink with friends, even wheeling out the tv for some pre-season football. Your design idea of the wood backsplash to the grill, with lights, is great. Thanks again for all of your time, effort, and expertise. This has exceeded our expectations. In a word, awesome.
